All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing that order. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Payment

Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Local Pickup

We currently ship to addresses within Canada, or offer free local pickup in Windsor, Ontario. If you choose local pickup, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a pickup time. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.

All illustrations, designs, text, and other content on this website and in our products are the property of History in Colour and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, History in Colour is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
